Rising Stars are girls between the ages of 7 & 11 who are interested in getting to know about the Miss Alabama & the Miss Alabama's Outstanding Teen programs and the young women who compete in them.
Miss Birmingham & Miss Cahaba Valley and Miss Birmingham's & Miss Cahaba Valley's Outstanding Teens are crowned within their specific competition - either Teen @ 1:30 PM or Miss @ 6:30 PM. The Rising Star paired with each winner will be crowned the respective winner's Rising Star and will accompany her titleholder to either Miss Alabama's Outstanding Teen in March or Miss Alabama in June!
